I'm hopefully going to be moving house by the end of June, so I'm going to be very busy and then probably for  maybe about six week after the move. (so best part of three months)

In light of this I won't be looking in on the site much and there will no MOM either, at least not unless someone else want's to take it on?

Catch you guys on the flipside.

Al.

Well, the total elapsed time from getting a buyer to moving was EIGHT months....... way longer than the normal 10-12 weeks and I must say it put a real strainl on Pauline and I plus our buyers, as twe had to have THREE solicitors involved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, we moved into our new home at the begining of October and have now got the lounge/dining room decorated and carpeted together with all new furniture. The new kitchen is going in starting November 15th and will take approx three weeks. A new bath will be installed then too.

After that there is the master bedoom to refurbish followed by my new man cave

I must apologise for not posting very much over the last months but since all my gear was packed away ready for the 'early' move I just gradually lost the desire.

In this last week I came down with some sort of really bad infection and at first we feared it might be Covid 19 (despite having been doble jabbed) but fortunately a laterlal flow test proved negative but it laid me flat on my back for four days and I'm still suffering now, albeit not so bad and steadily improving.

Anyway, look out for me posting a bit more and thanks to you guys who have stuck with ASM throughout these trouble times.

AL.
